Team Enablement & Guided Practice
A working AI workflow only creates value if your team actually uses it. We make sure they can - confidently, safely and consistently.

Most AI implementations that fail do not fail because the technology did not work. They fail because employees were never properly shown how to use it, were not confident enough to trust the output, or quietly returned to their old way of working within a few weeks.
Team Enablement & Guided Practice is the stage that prevents that from happening. We train your team directly on the AI workflow that was built for your company - using your real tasks, your real documents and your real quality standards. Employees do not sit through generic AI presentations. They practise on work that looks exactly like the work they do every day.
We also address what training programmes often ignore: the moment when someone is unsure whether to trust an AI output, whether to flag an issue, or whether a specific case falls outside what the workflow was designed for. Those moments are practised in the session, not left to chance.
From handover to confident daily use
Confirm who gets trained and what they need to learn
We start from the Phase 2 handover - the workflow, usage guide, quality checklist and safe-use notes. We confirm who will be trained, what roles they hold, and what each role group needs to walk away able to do. Users, reviewers and workflow owners each have different needs, and the training is designed accordingly.
Design the role-based training plan
We design a practical session plan built around your team's actual workflow. The plan covers what will be practised, in what order, with which examples, and how we will handle the moments where employees are likely to feel uncertain or resistant. You receive the agenda in advance so you know exactly what the session will cover.
Deliver hands-on guided practice
The session is built around doing, not listening. Employees work through realistic tasks using the implemented workflow - starting with straightforward examples and progressing to more complex cases that reflect the real conditions of your work. We guide the practice in real time, address questions as they arise, and reinforce the quality-review habits that keep outputs reliable.
Adoption follow-up and handover
After the session, we carry out an adoption check to assess whether the workflow has landed in practice. If early issues surface - confusion, inconsistent use, or cases the workflow was not designed for - we capture them and recommend the appropriate next step. You receive a final handover document that summarises what was trained, what the team can now do, and what should be monitored going forward.
What you receive at the end of the engagement
Role-based guided practice sessions
Structured, hands-on training sessions designed for the specific roles in your team - users, reviewers and workflow owners. Each role group practices what they actually need to do, not a generic walkthrough of AI capabilities.
Workflow playbook and practice materials
A clear, business-language playbook covering how to use the workflow step by step, what good inputs look like, how to interpret and review outputs, and how to handle cases that require human judgment. Includes a practice task pack that can be reused for new team members later.
Quality checklist and safe-use boundaries
A structured checklist for reviewing AI-assisted outputs and a set of practical safe-use boundaries for your specific workflow. Written for employees, not for compliance teams - clear, actionable and reinforced during the session itself.
Adoption handover and next-step recommendation
A summary for management covering what was trained, how the team performed, any early adoption risks identified, and a recommendation for what should happen next - whether that is a follow-up session, a workflow refinement or moving to the next workflow on your AI Productivity Roadmap.
What this stage does not include
Team Enablement & Guided Practice is focused on the AI workflow that was built and handed over in the previous stage. It does not cover company-wide AI education or formal compliance and legal training as standard. General AI literacy programmes are available on request, or where we assess that a stronger foundational understanding is essential for the long-term adoption of the workflow. Where broader enablement needs emerge during the engagement - additional teams, different workflows, or deeper adoption challenges - we discuss the right approach and scope accordingly.
